The courier we use will contact you to arrange the delivery date and time after your order have cleared customs.

Please take note that our Hong Kong & Macau website only delivers to Hong Kong & Macau. If you are not from Hong Kong / Macau, please toggle the country selector located at the top left hand side of our website and choose International / the country that you are from.

Please also do check with your country customs for the estimated duties and taxes and exclusions for orders that are shipped from overseas before placing an order.
Duties and taxes will be buyer’s responsibility and if buyer reject the order due to duties and taxes, we will deduct the amount from the refund as the duties and taxes will need to be paid before the order is back to us.

If you reject the order upon delivering, the courier will ship back the order to us and the duties and taxes as well as the delivery fee charged back to us will be payable by customer.
We will deduct the cost from the refund when the order reach us and refund the balance back to customer.
